USE OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLAYER
- Player’s personal data (i.e. any information about you by which you can be personally identified, such as name, address, telephone number or email address) will be processed by Leonbet (including its agents and employees) and (where necessary) by our partners and subcontractors in order to be able to provide a full range of services to the player. Player information is collected when a player registers to open an account with Leonbet or when a player submits a written request to Leonbet.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Leonbet collects Player Information in order to: o enable us to create a player account so that the player can make full use of all the features of the services, including placing bets and playing games; o enable us to receive questions and comments from the player via our support team and to be able to respond to them; o comply with the relevant rules relating to the player’s registration, such as completing age verification, and to inform the player of upcoming events, offers and promotions from Leonbet.
In addition to the broad list of purposes set out in paragraph 1 above, Leonbet will use player information, including the sharing of information with our partners and subcontractors who process data (including, where applicable, player information) on our behalf, solely for:
- creating, operating and managing the player’s account;
- providing any of the services requested from us and for any purpose related to such provision;
- verifying the accuracy of player information, including disclosing such information to third parties (including financial institutions, age verification and credit reporting agencies) in connection with such purposes (a search report will be retained and the third party may use the information to assist other companies for verification purposes);
- compiling statistical data relating to the use of the services by you and other customers;
- preparing and providing relevant individual marketing materials;
- to comply with legal requirements or to comply with legal processes or actions to protect the interests of sports authorities or other competent authorities;
- investigating suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unlawful activity related to the Services;
- reporting a crime or suspected crime, including money laundering or fraud, as well as any other purpose that is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to the player.
- Leonbet will not send the player unsolicited information about commercial offers or advertising of third parties.
- Leonbet may use the player’s username and/or name and region for promotional purposes.
- Phone calls to and from our customer service department are recorded for training and security purposes.
- We may transfer player information in the event that we transfer or sell our business or any part of it, including in the event of insolvency.
- If at any time a player wants us to stop processing player information for the above purposes, then the player should contact us and we will take appropriate steps to stop this.
UPDATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PLAYER
A player may update or delete his/her information at any time from his/her Leonbet account via “My Account/Account Details” (if available) or by contacting Support.
