Stage 1- (Written Test)

Stage 2- (Physical Fitness Test)
You need to run 1.6 Km in 7 minutes.You need to do 20 squats up which you can say Uthak Baithak.10 push-ups.
Stage 3: (Medical Test)
Minimum Height 157 cms.Chest Minimum 5 cms.Your Weight must be proportional toheightand age of 10% Acceptable.The hearing should be Normal.Visual 6/6 Better eye, 6/9 Worse Eye.If you are using glasses then you are not eligible.
Stage 4- (Medical Examination)
If you are selected for the same then you going to undergo the medical examination INS Chilka prior to enrolment.
